Reset and Restore

Reset and Restore is a 60 minute restorative yoga class offered in a group setting.  This class is a slow paced, restorative class focusing on gently stretching and “resetting” the muscles and connective tissues through a series of holding postures. This class is perfect for those looking to release tension from the day and discover the amazing “reset” that can be found on your mat during a restorative yoga session. All levels welcome. Max of 4 individuals per session.

What should I bring/wear?

Studio Reset asks that you bring a throw blanket and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, Studio Reset has mats that are available for use. Feel free to wear comfortable clothes (socks if your feet tend to get cold) which will allow you to gently stretch and “reset.”

Reset and Flow

Reset and Flow is a 60 minute Vinyasa (flow) class. Begin to connect with your body and your breath while also increasing flexibility and building strength. Whether you are looking for a way to improve your regular workouts, or simply a space to connect with your mind and body and “reset,” this class is perfect for you. All levels welcome.

What should I bring/wear?

Studio Reset asks that you bring a yoga mat to your Reset and Flow class. Feel free to wear comfortable workout clothes to this class. Some individuals (who tend to be a little chilly) may also choose to bring a comfy cover-up – like a light sweater or zip-up sweat shirt to wear during the final savasana (relaxation) pose.

Restorative Yoga Private Session

Over-stressed, over-worked or just exhausted in general from today’s constant business? Prepare yourself for a complete "reset" during your own private restorative yoga session. This class is a slow paced, restorative class focusing on gently stretching and “resetting” the muscles and connective tissues through a series of holding postures. There are typically 4-5 poses chosen for each individual and these poses are held for 5 – 10 minutes each. Lower back pain, chronic migraines, and insomnia are just a few examples of the areas that a private restorative session could address. Each session also includes aromatherapy and is custom tailored to meet your personal needs.

What should I bring/wear?

Simply bring yourself, wearing comfortable clothes (socks if your feet tend to get cold) which will allow you to gently stretch and “reset.”
